Cornelia has worked with the USA Women’s National Team for three years now and was a vital reason we claimed the 2008 and 2009 World Championship gold medals.  In my opinion, her work with our team has been one of the main reasons that we were able to reach our potential this year, and why we will continue to reach our peak levels as players and as human beings now and at the 2010 Olympics.   Read more.

I am convinced that Cornelia’s work with the U.S. Women’s National Team has brought us from a bronze medal in the 2006 Winter Olympics to a gold medal in the World Championships two short years later.  I believe this because I see the effect her work has had on me in our one-on-one sessions.  She has helped me not only to change the way I approach hockey, but the way in which I live and view my life.  Read more.

My work with Cornelia has widened my perspective as it relates to my life and how I choose to embrace each day.  Our work gave me access to my inner strength and as a result the words to describe my feelings which offers much clarity to my life's challenges and opportunities.  Her teachings have given me greater self-confidence in all aspects of my life, including my interactions with teammates, friends, and loved ones.  Cornelia’s guidance has challenged me on a variety of topics and levels, most notably my desire to live a fulfilling life.  Our team is extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to work with her!   Read more.

Cornelia Holden is someone that in just under two years of knowing her has made a huge impact on my life.  My experiences in working with her have opened my eyes and perspective on life.  I have seen first-hand the education that Cornelia teaches transform teams and individuals to perform at a very elite level.  I know hockey is played on the ice and requires great physical athletic ability.  However, the concepts and practices we conduct with Cornelia give our team the edge to outperform other teams physically.  Read more.

One of the reasons Cornelia is so effective is that she listens in a way that's different from what I've experienced with other professionals in her field.  It's hard to describe what she does, but it has to do with the fact that she doesn't just hear you, she actually really listens.  And she listens to more than just what you're saying.
