Julie Hancock is a former teacher whose recent
promotion to administrator has presented her witha problem: her strengths (efficiency, energy) are being perceived as weaknesses, and she's stuck. Over several sessions with Julie, we work together to recalibrate her understanding of her own core capabilities so that she is able to better listen and engage, to reflect before reacting. Julie begins to assimilate cause and effect, leadership with regard to longer-term goals. The result is less stress for her, and increased productivity for her team.
