Seana is a performance coach at Mindful Warrior. An author, psychotherapist, and intuitive channel, Seana brings breadth and depth to her performance coaching work. A licensed clinical social worker with an MSW from the Smith College School for Social Work, Seana began her career in end-of-life care as a hospice social worker and massage therapist before transitioning into private practice as a psychotherapist.

Seana has focused on providing clarity and support as an intuitive channel for the last decade. She offers guidance, spiritual coaching, mentorship, and teaching to help clients discern their gifts and pursue their calling. She helps executives, creatives, and athletes discover their inner compass and hone their authentic voice to lead and perform with greater confidence, self-compassion, trust, and awareness.

Trained in many healing modalities, Seana is a former elite runner and two-time Olympic trials qualifier in the marathon, and a former competitive triathlete. As a surfer, Seana continues to appreciate and discover the way sports are a practice for embodiment, intuition, and flow. She lives in coastal New Hampshire, where she surfs year-round.
